At La Petite Maison we want you to feel confident when purchasing our products online:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your full priced purchase, we are happy to exchange for another item or provide a store credit.
We do not offer refunds. A store credit will be issued to your customer account for the purchase amount (less freight).
Refunds will be issued on faulty goods only.
SALE ITEMS - Regrettably we do not offer exchanges or store credit on SALE ITEMS and JEWELLERY.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
There are just 3 simple rules in order to return or exchange a product with La Petite Maison.
1. Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving item(s).
2. Original tags must remain attached.
3. Item(s) must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled and in original packaging.
No items which have make-up marks will be accepted for exchange.

To post the item, you will need to purchase a prepaid Express Post Satchel at your local post office.
Included the following items in your satchel:
· Items you wish to return/exchange
· La Petite Maison invoice

Please hold onto the tracking number for your package once you have posted it.
Once your package is received by La Petite Maison your exchange or credit voucher shall be processed immediately and an email will be sent to you to confirm this.
Expenses associated with postage shall not be refunded on any return items. A store credit will be given for the original value at time of purchase, excluding the shipping cost.
